Custom Ordering

Hello, and thank you for your inquiry about PotTwist Ceramics custom ordering! Every item is handmade and may take up to 2 months for completion. Due to glaze variations and heat work, we can not guarantee that the item you order will come out in the exact color requested, if you would like more detailed information on this process, we would be happy to speak with you further. Also, please note the following:

-PotTwist Ceramics charges a nonrefundable base fee for each custom item, which is automatically applied to your total( Fee is based on the specifications of the custom item).

-There are no refunds or exchanges on any item.

-Shipping is required on all orders.
